Director Stephen Voyle’s experience extends across the spectrum - from residential projects to commercial developments, including early childhood education centres, schools, universities, wineries and hotels.
Stephen has over 20 years experience in the building industry. Graduating with Honours from Victoria University’s School of Architecture, Stephen worked in a variety of New Zealand-based practices before founding CONTEXT Architects three years ago. His previous role was as Associate Architect for leading architectural practice JASMAX Ltd.
He was Project Architect for AUT’s new School of Art and Design which won the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) 2004 Educational Award. He has worked closely with schools on building projects, including Papatoetoe Intermediate School and Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate. He has designed and documented early childhood education facilities such as Mother Duck Childcare centres.
