A sustainably designed renovation and addition transformed a native bush clad Titirangi home. The project required a remodelling of the house and an extention of the south side to add a master bedroom over a pond. The new design reflected and integrated with the native bush setting. It was fully modernised to create a warm, light environment using sustainable design features including double glazing, solar hot water heating, water reuse and energy efficient lighting.
