This major renovation to a 100 year old Grey Lynn villa involved lifting the house, adding a lower level, and extending the living/dining and outside decking.
The brief was to create a grand, light home with flexible family spaces, high ceilings, internal and external fireplaces and with the design to remain in keeping with the villa tradition.
